The Alicia and Jason Lee Foundation actively supports community initiatives in the New York City area. As a long time New Yorkers, Alicia and Jason Lee have always fought for the betterment of the city, and its citizens. The Alicia and Jason Lee Foundation supports The Fathers Heart Ministries, a soup kitchen in the East Village serving guests a warm breakfast every Saturday. Earlier formations of the Foundation have also supported SafeSpace, a social services non profit in New York City dedicated to family advocacy, and Project Renewal, an organization dedicated to fighting homelessness and food insecurity. Alicia and Jason Lee also support various initiatives to equip New York City hospitals with personal protective equipment.
The Foundation also supports a number of community initiatives outside of New York, including the Equal Justice Initiative (EJI) and Ali Forney Center.
